Note: This is not a traditional case study, feel free to check out a more traditional case study: Curology Brand Transfers
At Curology I have led the design charge on ensuring our internal tools, as well as our patient facing products are accessible.
Projects:
Accessibility audit for internal tools:
This may not look like much but I explored all aspects of accessibility across multiple tools for multiple users. I had major accessibility concerns for our internal users who were using the tools every day.
Accessibility lead for new customer-facing design system:
We introduced a new design system for our re-brand, and I led the accessibility efforts, ensuring all of our new components were designed with accessibility in mind.
I refined text styles as well as our color language. I also function as the accessibility check when in critique.
Working collaboratively
I worked with our engineering and content team to define a quick reference checklist and socialized the requirements for accessibility, specifically focusing on semantic markup and alt-text guidelines.
